1. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment.

  • Balance amount must be paid as per schedule before the tour start date.

  • Incomplete payments may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Payment methods accepted: cash, bank transfer, UPI, or any approved online gateway.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before departure: 80% refund

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund

  • Less than 15 days: No refund

  • Train/flight/bus tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Only those services clearly mentioned under “Inclusions” in the itinerary are covered.

  • All personal expenses (laundry, shopping, room service, etc.) are excluded.

  • Extra sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will be chargeable.

4. Travel Delays & Changes

  • TRIPEASY is not responsible for delays due to weather, roadblocks, strikes, or other unforeseen issues.

  • The itinerary may be modified based on local conditions or safety concerns.

5. Travel Documents

  • Travelers must carry valid photo ID and necessary permits (if applicable).

  • TRIPEASY is not responsible for issues caused due to incorrect/incomplete documents.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • Clients are expected to follow the instructions of the tour guide for safety.

  • TRIPEASY reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual for misconduct or unsafe behavior without refund.

7. Accommodation & Transport

  • Hotel/vehicle details will be shared prior to the tour.

  • Any damage to hotel property or vehicle by the client will be chargeable.

8. Special Requests

  • Vegetarian meals are provided by TRIPEASY’s own chef (if mentioned in package).

  • Any special dietary or medical requirements must be informed at the time of booking.

9. Liability

  • TRIPEASY is not liable for any accident, loss, theft, injury, or natural disaster during the tour.

  • Insurance coverage for travel is not included unless specified.

10. Amendments

  • Terms & conditions may vary depending on the type and duration of the trip.

  • Please check the latest applicable terms before confirming your booking.
